Excuse the Dust...Some House Keeping Duties

Due to the declining comments on some of the scheduled topics,
I have decided to drop or change:

The Metcalf's walk of faith (From ten comments to one)

The Sunday Study

The Weekly Tuesday Devotion (From 10-11 comments to one)

Hopefully, some improvements and/or better posts will bring the comments back up to where they were. I view the comments, not as compliments, but as testimonies of how an individual post blessed you or ministered to you.

What changes or improvements would you like to see in the Gospel-driven disciples? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

  1. I am having the same problem Gregg, since returning from the US, Apart from a small portion of my regulars the comments have dwindled and to be honest is losing interest. Like you I work hard to set up my blog and post it for what? a few very kind followers yourself included, where have they all gone?

    Have a good day,
    Yvonne.

  2. My comments are down too, Gregg. I think what you're doing is great. It may just be a season.

  3. I'm still hanging around...I haven't had a lot of time to comment and usually no time to read. I even deactivated my Facebook account. Needed my nose where it was needed most and that wasn't here at the computer!

  4. I wonder if it's the time of year. I know I've been so busy that I haven't been able to visit others' blogs or comment like I used to.

  5. Coming out of 'lurking' mode for a moment to pose a difficult question...

Are you blogging for Christ and inspiring disciples or blogging for yourself?

Depending upon how you answer will determine whether or not the amount of comments will change the way you feel about the content of your posts.

PS...I love your blog just the way it is. I read it every day, even if I don't leave a comment it's given me something to ponder. Happy Tuesday! :o)

Now back to lurking...at least for another week. ;o)
