station, and it is home to six Marine Corps F/A-18
Hornet fighter-attack squadrons.

Chartered in 1711, it is the second-oldest city in South Carolina, behind
Charleston. The city's population was 12,361 in the 2010 census.

ReplyDeleteAnother great one Gregg. Did not know the Marines were in SC. I spent US Army boot camp at Fort Jackson, SC in 1968. I will probably write that about in the coming days. Hmmm. Should it be under F or J? ツ
