What Troubles You?

  3. This quote is very helpful Gregg, thank you. Sometimes I loathe myself, and then try to remind myself to keep my mind on Christ's goodness rather than on myself, which then leads to realizing my shortcomings, and then self-loathing. However realizing that God's holiness in ourselves is what makes us unhappy about our sin-nature is another way of seeing this situation as one that is leading to something better and not something horrible (which is what it sometimes feels like). Thanks for this uplifting thought.
