I hate both, public speaking an ordeal and Death though we all know that is something we all have in common it scares me.

One of the things I have the most problems with at school is getting them to present something to the class. Most of them would rather lose points on the assignment.

Wonder if a part of the angst with public speaking is the fear of looking like a fool? Methinks that sort of fear might have some roots in pride.
