God is Eternal

The Bible starts with four very profound words: "In the beginning God …" (Genesis 1:1a, ESV)

There are no opening arguments for the existence of God—it is assumed that God exists. God is simply there. God has been there all along. God existed before plants, animals and people, before the earth and the universe. He had no beginning and he will have no end.

God has always been and will always be. The Bible says that God has existed from everlasting past to everlasting future. God is eternal.

 – Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.” (Psalms 90:2,ESV)

  2. "God is eternal."

One of the simplest and yet most profound thoughts in all of creation.

  4. It is often said that if you can believe Genesis 1:1 you should have no problem believing any other miracle in the Bible. I think that's how that goes?

  6. Gog is God and we will never fully understand nor fully comprehend who He really is. God said "Let there be life" and there was.... God bless, Lloyd

  7. God made nature, yet many believe that nature is God. Idolitry that leads to immorality. May the world worship, trust and obey the Creator, not the creation. Romans 1:24-26 "Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions." May the TRUTH be known to the world.

  8. To me, it is so difficult to understand an atheist's arguments against the existence of God because there is no clear logic that God could not exist. The miraculous design of the wonders of creation and the way it all melds together demands a theory of an infinite intelligence directing the entire process.
