Allow Me to Introduce...
My daughter happened to spot this little gem in the local newspaper. We were surprised she was still available. After passing a grueling examination by the wife of the former owner (her master had just died) we were able to take her home.
She was a Human Society Rescue from years gone by. She had been mauled (we don’t know the details) and has a steel rod in her left rear leg. She gets along fine as if it were the most naturally thing in the world. She is a man’s dog and is really my dog. She sleeps across my feet and spends the day in my office with me as we both look for work.
Theophilus has taken to her once he made the pecking order known. He is in charge and number one. Coco, in her kitten hood (9 months old) still runs when she spots Fi Fi. She will come around. Fi Fi is good with cats, kids, and my wife, phew!!
Hopefully more will be forthcoming in the future about Fi Fi, Theo, and Coco

Congratulations on your new addition she is lovely and what a lovely name also.
ReplyDeleteI love animals but where I live the owner won't allow them so have to go without and enjoy other people's.
Have a good day Gregg.
Yvonne.
Cute pooch! That's great that you were able to give FiFi a good home. All our pets have been rescue animals.
ReplyDeleteI can visualize Fi Fi sitting on your lap and helping you with your daily blog :-) ~Ron
ReplyDeleteFiFi is such a cutie. God bless, Lloyd
ReplyDeleteYvonne - thanks! She is definetly a real cutie. Sorry you can't have pets right now - hopefully you can in the future.
ReplyDeletePM - Thanks also. She will be a spoiled little girl here. We all have fallen for her. It will be hard when the Lord does provide a job - unless it is a church where I can take her to that office. She comes to my home office and spends the day with me. Gives me a chance to take breaks I never took before for her "little breaks." First rescue pet for us.
OG - she is amazing. She will sit in my arms while I type. She loves to be held and sits like a cat for hours in my arms if I let her. She will be a help on the blog!
Lloyd - thanks! I appreciate you and your blessings!!
What a beauty! And they don't shed which is another bonus.
ReplyDeleteHave a great and I'm believing for you to find work. God is able!
Lisa - Yes, they don't shed. She is a great dog, thus far one of the best that we have been blessed with. Thank you for continuing to pray. Apparently I have exhausted my benefits (unemploymet) still can't find a job.
ReplyDeleteFifi rocks! Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteFiFi is "O,Lala"! May she bring joy to you & your family. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteAnn and I are both dog lovers. Blessings for happy times Gregg!
ReplyDeleteAw! I love animals!! Glad that she gets along with every one! :) God bless you!
